When I seen the question.....my first thought was, its shaped like a little boy.......because my grandson is my heart

Yes, I think it does.
Mine is the shape of those hearts you see on St Valentines Day. A really big one.
But currently it has a dent in the middle because my loved ones are fighting with me.
Thankfully they haven't broken it just knocked it around a bit and bent it out of shape.

Figuratively, it's in the shape of a ball. It glows like a spirit, and it changes color depending on how I feel. When I think about my lover, it turns into a combination of dark blue, grey and black . . . sometimes it hurts so much that it turns completely white. But when I see or meet my lover, it turns into beautiful bright colors like red and yellow.

Normally it looks like a lung or a fist. When your in love it turns to bright red like your face when you talk to the special person.
