Lewis Hamilton, an early grave ? dont make me laugh, you are just wishing it on him, and you are mad to even think it. Lewis Hamilton has been in the racing world for long enough now and he has mastered that 1,000 HP of Maclaren after an early practice crash, he has "tamed that lion under his feet" he knows that car very well, knows how it handles in wet and dry, he is intelligent enough and confident ( not arrogant as some call him, there is a big difference!) at a very young age and I am sure that he has enough mileage to go until he is at least 30 when I think he should retire and enjoy his millions with his family and pretty girlfriend( who might then be his wife anyway)! maybe he will start an airline like Nikki Lauda did( Lauda Air) he has the brains, who knows. Early death, no way, Lewis drives by the will of God. I want to see him win the 2007 Championship for the U.K ( and he will ) not least himself and his Team & Boss Ron Dennis, he has Pole in China, I will be glued to my TV !

I think Lewis is a confident driver, and i really hope he wins the Championship as he has had allot to deal with especially so young. He will be around for quite a while unless the politics get in the way, which he said at the beginning of his F1 career, but an early grave, No i don't think so. He's proved that he can control the car in extreme weather, i know there's more to it than bad weather, he's lucky to have the confidence in himself the way he has.

Let's hope not. The British press would make him a martyr and call him the best driver ever. No, let Hamilton drive. If he wins seven championships like Shumacher, then write your niceties.
It will be interesting next year without traction control. No one wants to see any driver get killed though.

No I don't think he will - he is young and confident but I don't think he is a mad driver. I do think he is being bullied by the jealous establishment because he is SO good. He deserves the world championship after what some people have thrown at him

Lewis isn't a "mad driver" at all. If anything he is probably the safest of all of them. However, another crash from Alonso, like in Fuji and Alonso could meet his maker soon. Alonso is the dangerous one.

He is not mad, he is just a good young driver with plenty of bottle

johnduo0007, you have it bad. Your answer has nothing to do with the question, or does it?

I guess what you are saying is that Hamilton throws caution to the win because that is what he is learning from Alonso?

F1 is totally commited to safty and no one is exempt from their rules and policies..

oh come on, did you see Kubica's crash? safety in F1 is a 1000 times better than it used to be. IF Lewis crashed he would be fine. He's not that mad anyway, I've seen worse.
