Carbon Monoxide running slightly rich. Possable causes oil that needs changing dirty air filter. And Oxygen sensors that are tired reading lower voltage the engine control is adding fuel. Try oil change air filter put a tank of Premium fuel in and make sure the engine is fully warmed up. If that does not work e-mail me I will need all four gasses and amounts. And I will reccomend having the engine codes checked in data monotor to see the long and short fuel trim readings and AF ALFA readings on each CYL bank.

Go and get some fuel treament from a motor factors and give it a good run out.
Thrash the engine to within an inch of it's life and get it retested while still red hot.
I guarentee it will pass.

Check the air filter, it may need replacing. The other thing to check is that the positive crank ventilator circuit is clean.

Drive it around the block, heat up the engine and give it plenty of revs, then do the test while it's still hot.
