First, you need to have The Crypts in your neighborhood. Then, stand around just hanging out. You might get initiated in by having the crap beat out of you. You will be able to perform any number of crimes to make it in.

You can deal with minor leaders up through the chain of command eventually, you will become the "Grand Puhbah."

Congratulations, you have succeeded in a life of crime. Enjoy prison, and being somebodies "buddy"

I cut my hair all off to join a gardening group.
We grow things in raised beds and we greet each other by saying "High Hiller"
Our flag is pretty...red with a white circle on it. The cross is kind of crooked looking, but I think somebody did his best when designing it so I won't criticize.
They made me get some good sturdy boots so we can spread manure. Sh!t kicking boots I think they called them.
