Who are the advisers who tell our leaders advice ?

The community of all levels because different community category will have different needs based on career opportunities, Some country have a group of intellectual graduates as their background advisers at the backoffice.

Some country prefers their own relatives to be advisers so that they will secure their throne every year during parliment votes, transferring away all non-relative to the president, closed to all public academicians,regardless of race & gender.

Some country allows open conversations and being transparent to the citizens and publish actions based on budget plan every month in the media to show citizens what benefited them from country investments and currency strength against the world currency. If too many hidden secrets barring newspapers, radios,TVs, handphones, telecommunications, internet, blogs by certain leaders will arouse curiosity of people wanting to know what happen to the country's financial status and where their funds goes to, are they handled with honesty or just placed as bad debts written off without any source of evidence.

To me I think a leader should be able to answer all questions posted by their citizens no matter how complex the problem may be without fear and anger towards any race. And their answer should be logical and showing us actions that bring results to all citizens will be a respectable leader of the nation. Leaders with solutions are good leaders, not fear of any comments posted by the public on whatever mass media.

With good advisers, you will get good solutions to counter problems faced in the country and if you open up to the public and do not practise racism, you will be open to the world of intellectual advises from the world of intellegent leaders and intellegent communities of the public.

Do you enjoy having leaders that can solve problems and make currency stronger every year fixing reasonable purchasing power of the nation, even if the currency gets stronger. What will you hear if you cannot get problems resolved, brought foward problems unresolved, just sitting on the throne collecting money without returns every year resulting in making havoc to your economy every year and see the value of your money drop every year??

He would call opposing politicians voters and ask them questions implying lies about their opponent.

Advisors are people that earn the politicians respect...in bush jr's case, he respected just how devious Rove could be.
