You should go as 00.07 from the Umbrella Academy by Gerard Way and Gabriel Ba!
Costume would be a purple and black private school uniform with the symbol of an umbrella on the breast pocket of the blazer, you can make the skirt as long or short as you like and wear your hair long, black preferably so buy a wig if you've not got dark hair and get a zorro mask for your eyes and make sure and wear long white socks and carry something to do with music!
