They can but the Yankees aren't exactly throwing out great starting pitchers for the next two games.
Westbrook-Clemens
Clemens hasn't pitching in a long time and he's only a 5-6 inning pitcher. The Yankees don't have anyone who could pitch the 6th or 7th innings besides Chamberlin and Rivera. To top that off Westbrook has a 2.54 ERA since August.
Byrd-Mussina*
I'm going to assume Mussina will get the start(if this game happens)because he is the veteran and Hughes just pitched two innings the other day. Byrd was awful against the Yankees earlier this year but we will have to see what happens.

Down 2-0 in a short five game series puts the Yankees in a real hole that will be difficult to dig out of. With that being said the series is not over until the Indians win one more game and the next two are in New York.

they have come back from an 0-2 deficite before in the playoffs, but I don't think they will this year, the Tribe just keeps on figuring out ways to win while the Yankees are relying on hitting home runs to score. They might win one game, but not the series...

No. This is no fluke. The Indians have been on fire since mid August. It is all about pitching. Those young players are riding on a confidence level so high it's going to take alot more then Clemens to take them down. An excellent fastball hitting team, the Indians should have fun vs. Clemens.
