i remember a cartoon from when i was about 7 ish and i can't remember the name, i'm desperate to remember it cos i loved it. it was about this guy who, on an undersea exploration, got trapped in these underwater ruins and transfomed by this sort of power, afterwards it enabled him to breath underwater, but he changed into this weird mer-man type guy whenever he was underwater and went back to normal when he was out of it. ring a bell?

I thought you might of ment Namor the Submariner a Marvel toon or Aquaman from the Superfriends .But they both can be ruled out due to the underwater exploration tag.Have you been to the toonepedia site?A site that is an encyclopedia of every cartoon made ,check it out .Good luck!
