$275 Million dollars per day is being spent in Iraq. Why are Republicans so eager to give a helping hand to Iraq but not to fellow Americans? Just whose country are you most loyal to?

With the money being wasted in Iraq for ONE WEEK, we could pay for a LOT of the programs designed to make AMERICAN lives easier.

This IS supposed to be the President's job, isn't it? Making AMERICAN lives easier?

When's the last time an Iraqi came over HERE to defend US from terrorists?

Politicians promise more than they can deliver. It's a simple truism.

I hope you remember Bush's promises to end abortion and spread democracy in the middle east.

Democrats at least have the pay as you go program. They don't propose legislation for a new program unless it has funds to pay for it. For example, the expansion of the SCHIPs program was to be paid for by cigarette tax. That's how Clinton balanced the budget, and even had a surplus.
