I feel like I have to wait for my life to begin.

I'm 17 and I have to wait to get my results back to find out if I can go to Uni, I have to wait to see if I'm accepted into my hostel, I have to wait to see if I'm accepted to University, I have to wait to move!

Don't you just hate it.

Things like that take time, but make sure you don't wind up spending your whole life waiting for things to happen. Many times, people say 'Once I get out of uni, then I can finally be happy. Once I get a new car, once I pay those bills, once I get married, once I have kids, once I buy a house, once I retire etc. etc. then I can be happy! I just have to wait for this little hop to pass, that's all.' But once you look closer at your life, you will see that's exactly what life is! A succession of obstacles and hops. Never never wait for them to pass before you decide to be happy. It is very important to decide to be happy here and now, with what you have, and let the hops pass by without your satisfaction depending on them.

You should be able to tell on walking out of the exam. Unless your hoping to scrape through.

Anyway, you can become more practical and go to a tech institute first, then build up to a degree!

Yes, especially at times when it comes to being able to see specialists at hospitals (being on their waiting lists)...
