Highlander - Character Portugese accent Scottish
Rising Sun - Character Amercian accent Scottish
The Hunt for Red October - Character Russian accent Scottish

You get my drift, but as long as people like the character portrayed should it matter? I don't think Mike Myers qualified from the Stanivlasky School of Acting, so method for him is probably when he reads the directions for baking a cake.

Mike Myers isn't well-known for his voices, for good reason. No offense to him, i love him. But he's a comedic genius, and if he only has one other voice, It's OK. i can live with that.
