There'd be 1000 people still alive in New Orleans
Kerry wouldn't have nominated his own lawyer to become a Supreme Court Justice
We'd be finding a way out of Iraq
You couldn't mess this country up any more than Bush has, unless you really tried.

Of course Kerry could do better than Bush. Michael Vick could do a better job as Bush.
Safer because we would have most of our military back in the states and more people to guard the borders.
How can you screw up more than Bush? Impossible.

We would be a lot better off than we are today. We would not still be in Iraq or at least, as Kerry promised, have an international peace keeping force there playing the police like we are now.
I have no doubt that we would be safer because a report out of the Bush Adm itself has stated the conflict in Iraq is making us less safe.
Overall, we would be better off. I say this as a fan of Kerry since the early 90s. I noticed him way back then and never forgot because the man is absolutely brilliant.
Edit: oh yea and I was a Republican back then... that should tell you something.

Do I think he could have done better than Bush. I doubt it, given the position the US is in now. The only thing that would have changed are the names of the contractors working in Iraq.
I think we would be in more danger from a new terrorist attack. Given the fact that all liberals want to do is open the borders and apologize to muslim extremist groups.
I think Kerry would have had his own new and exciting screw ups.

The world would be worse off. Kerry is a wimp.
Bush at least lets the world know that he isn't afraid to fight. This makes the world safer.
Kerry would have waited and let the terrorist strike first.
America would also be more immoral than it is now.

It doesn't matter who is elected, they all pretty much do the same thing once they are in office. I think there is a secret government which makes decisions.
