Well, I was in a religious school up until college so it was pretty much drilled into me, this belief. At this point, no matter what, I can't seem to convince myself that it's a lie and that I'm some kind of accident. I like to think I was created for a reason, and not simply by chance. I look around sometimes and can't see how everything could possibly have been random chance. It's all too perfect and magnificent. I don't understand how some people just don't see it...

Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent.
Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent.
Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil?
Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?
