I had a miscarriage in july 07 than when I went to the gyn in aug I told doc. I didn't get a menstrual to get on the depo so he gave me medicine to take for 7days than my period came than I came back 2days after I bleed .....now I didn't get my period for sept. I have a brownish discharge is something wrong or maybe my period is gonna come???

Yes you can, NOTHING is 100% effective except for abstinence, and I know of a few women who have gotten pregnant.
IMO I'd get off the depo shot if I were you, a lot of women have horrible issues with this drug.

But, I also see you took medicine for 7 days... do you perhaps mean Provera instead of Depo provera? Just making sure because they have very different affects on the body.
