When dinosaurs first show up, in the late Triassic, they weren't very large; there were a bunch of other reptiles around that were as large or larger. In the Jurassic, when the sauropods got really huge, the biggest other animals would have been crocs or some of the marine lizards - some of the Ichthyosaurs got pretty big. Same in the Cretaceous; although then it would have been Pliosaurs or Mosasaurs. A few of the flying reptiles got pretty huge, too, but I can't recall the names of the specific ones off the top of my head - try a search on Pterosaurs to start.

maximum famously, different reptile communities such because of the fact the pterosaurs, ichthyosaurs, mosasaurs and plesiosaurs. mutually as there have been animals like lizards and crocodiles, not one of the species alive on the instant have been around while dinosaurs have been - that's in basic terms those communities that existed. in basic terms some species that have been around for the duration of the Mesozoic are nevertheless right here - working example, the tuatara and the horseshoe crab.

"There is no real evidence to support the dinosaur hypothesis." Ha ha ha ha ha ha! Then why make it up? Who is this clown? Where does oil come from?

Human life began in the seas. In later prehistory mammals grew larger. Look up sabre-tooth tiger, that's a good one. But reptiles were the dominant class for a very long time, including crocodiles, which are essentially dinosaurs and have not significantly evolved since prehistory.

Elephants/mammoths, Hippos.
Incidently, it is a little known fact that the average size of a dinosaur was about the size of a sheep!

Dinosaurs have been around recently.

Those that think the dinosaurs died out millions of years ago are perhaps unaware of the large amount of evidence indicating that they lived recently alongside man.

There are many written accounts and depictions of dinosaurs.

Remember that the word dinosaur was invented in 1841. Before that people used names like dragon.
People from all over the world have accounts of dinosaurs: the Chinese who have incorporated it into their lunar calendar, The Welsh who have the dragon in their flag; The account of the Saxon Beowolf; The native american thunderbird; and other stories from many other nations. The Romans even made mosaics of them.

Furthermore, dinosaur fossils have even been found containing blood cells - hardly 65 million years old.

But check the evidence for yourself - don't by brainwashed by dogmatic evolutionists who don't want us to think for ourselves :)

There is no real evidence to support the dinosaur hypothesis. Large bones found in a cave were from a tidal wave of many types of creatures. Many then began the policy of making up ludicrous combinations. Actual fossils probably are fakes or freakish. The land would have been below water when they so roamed, so are probably supersized crocs!

They were the only massive creatures. They are the biggest creatures in the history of our planet with nothing to compare to them. Reptiles ruled for 165 million years or so.There was only small rat-sized mammals that would eventually lead to us. In the sea there were extremely large sharks.
