You don't need a Fire Dept. grade pump. You don't want to try and put out all the fires, just the one on your house or neighbors, right????

Take a look around at utility pumps. In the US(I realize you are not in the US) you can get a usable pump, hose and nozzle from either Northern Tool or Harbor Freight Tools.

When my wife and I lived in the mountains, almost everyone of our neighbors had pumps, or old retired fire trucks. There was no fire deparment where we lived, and the forest service would take entirely to long to get there.

You'd have to go to a large commercial type of pump for this. On our volunteer fire department ours was truck mounted. We had a ten thousand gallon portable tank.
I don't know what the cost of something like this is but, possibly you could check with someone with fire-fighting potentials and see what they say. Check with all small town areas and see where they get there equipment from.

I do know they're all brass and it's going to cost you a bundle.
