It's pronounced jee-anne-a. how do you spell that?

And for that other person above, SPELT is correct, as is SPELLED... depends what country you are in!

Oh....and "spelt" is listed in the dictionary so I think that would pass as being an actual word!!

Hi!
If you wanted it to be spelled simply, I think Giana or Gianna will do fine. But if you wanted it to be more unique, I suggest you spell it Gieanna, Geeana or Guilliana (Italian spelling, I think).
