Yes, many, many times.
The only place I tend to get insulted on line is at Q&A Sites. I have worked on them for several years and have been severely insulted on a myriad of occasions.
I cannot remember being insulted on line anywhere else.
I have always treated people in the way I would like to be treated myself, with respect and dignity. Unfortunately there are a lot of people using the Internet who obtain great satisfaction in trying to insult and belittle others, more often than not without good cause.
I simply put it down to their ignorance and normally feel sorry for them.
I am a moderator on a couple of other Q&A sites and if I find someone insulting or harassing another subscriber I take action to stop it, I contact the person responsible and warn them, if they persist, they are suspended.
Every Internet user has the right to be treated with respect and not be harassed by another. Users also have an obligation to treat other users in the same way.

oh yeah, many times - almost every day, actually.
The internet is full of immature jerks that think that just coz others cant see or touch them that they can do anything they please. They cant get caught. There are no consequences. They think it's "free speech"! LMAO
Just forgive those twit brains, they are not worth your time. They thrive on other people's misery. They think hurting others and putting them down is funny. If you want to get even: ignoring them is what makes them upset.
The good and the bad are everywhere. Lieing, insulting and decieving are just a few aspects of the bad side of the internet, beside allowing immaturity and stupidity to flourish. Just watch the next answers lol

yes, i was insulted by several people who answered one of my questions tonight. it drives me crazy when someone corrects my spelling error and doesn't bother to answer the question.
