I think they would be smarter to just pick one and roll with it. But Kurt Warner has definately outplayed Matt Leinart this season.

At this point they should bench Leinart and start Warner for a few games.

If they do they shouldn't, because as a coach you have to show trust in a young quarterback. You can't discourage a young quarterback by benching him in a game where he can grow.

They should. It's kinda cool. Gives each one a breather. They use the same system so it's just like putting new socks on.
