Applebee's has great lunches, and their combo specials are a very good value. Lots to choose from!

If you have a Panera, they have a "You Choose Two" menu that includes wonderful salads, soups and sandwiches (both hot and cold.)
If you can go out to lunch, Olive Garden has All You Can Eat Soup, Salad and Breadsticks. They are also still doing their NeverEnding Pasta Bowl for $8.95. You can even take your last order home with you.
Red Lobster has an All You Can Eat Soup/Chowder and Shrimp Salad Lunch and they're currently running a promotion that's Endless Shrimp where you choose Shrimp two ways from a special menu and it's all you can eat.
If there's an Asian buffet place near you, those are generally very reasonably priced at lunch time. All you can eat for about $6.
Consider trying to pick up a decent lunch the day before and just carrying it in with you so you're not stuck with what you can access from work. Either that, or if you have a microwave, carry in leftovers or a salad you've made the day before from a grocery's salad bar.

Depends on what you have there. You could get the chinese buffet, most areas have those, and if you dont want to eat inside, get it to go and that would let you pack your box full. You can get enough for two or three people in that one box or you can have enough left over for another meal. Oh, if you are in a little bit larger area, look at restaurant.com. They have gift certificates you can buy for a little bit of nothing. Like you can get $10.00 off certain restaurants in your area just for buying a certificate for $1.50 . The site is restaurant.com and the 50% off coupon code to enter is DISCOVER. Check it out. Thats how we eat cheap lunch and dinner most of the time. You can eat a 20.00 lunch and spend 10.00 (thats with tip), cost less than McDonalds at a nice establishment.

Know any good Chinese places? If I were you I'd check out the Kung Pao Chicken or Mongolian Beef, but I do like spicy. Mmmm.
Maybe some steamed rice, a nice cup of egg drop soup, and an egg or spring roll to round things out. Extra soy sauce and a little hot mustard, please.
And a fortune cookie.
