You are talking about Ms Jay not to be confused with Jay Alexander who is the guy with the Platinum Blond hair! The one that you are confused about is a very dark skinned MAN that is very gay and acts like a woman. He always wears his hair up and talks like a woman.I can see how if you did not know you would be confused! He is not only a judge but the girls runway coach as well. Hope this clears it up for you!
