well im going to an american high school and i live in australia.. What i want to know is. What are proms, homecoming and i want to join poms but i dont know if i have enough expierience to try out because i actually have no exp. i can do the splits and a few other things. But what do i need to do in order to surive in an American high school. I use to live in america 4 years ago but now im movign bakc and have no idea how it is.

God bless you, you will need help for sure.The schools are very violent places these days.You may want to take a self-defence class instead of jumping around and doing the splits.
For most of the social activities in schools you must "fit" into a social group of kids.It has always been that way and will continue to be like that until people learn to get over themselves. I wish you luck, you may want to ask your family to send you to a private school if possible.

Proms and homecomings are formal dances where people get dressed up all fancy and then dance and eat and hang out.
You should try out if you can. No harm.
Just study hard and make friends and you will be fine.
