80% of humanity, the religious folks, don't need to ask if there's an afterlife or what is the meaning of life, the church tells them....the supernatural explanation. But the rest of us can't swallow religious dogma, because there's no evidence. Nobody can prove that there life after death, that people are tortured or rewarded after life or that there's invisible spirits running around.
I've come to two conclusions recently:
1. Life has no meaning
2. Life has a million meanings.
First, there's a certainty that death and annihilation awaits not only you, but the Earth in general. It's an astonomical certainty that our sun will supernova and leave the earth a burnt crisp, not to mention all the other extinction level events around the corner.
Second, the million things that give us meaning are the pleasurable experiences we can conjure up during the short period we are here on the earth, in the form of the relationships we have with our kids and other people, and the 'housekeeping' types of purposes. What i mean by that are the curing disease, ending hunger, improving literacy, reducing crime, preventing war, helping other kinds of things.
So the bottom line is, we only have a temporary meaning to life, to reduce pain and increase pleasure, other than that everything is lost to oblivion.
To be or not to be? "To be" is temporary and "not to be" is inevitable.....

U got the wrong idea about life, ur whole purpose of living is to be evaluated ,so if u r bad person and u dont believe in GOD, u will go down there lol, to hell and its kinda hot there, u will be burnt and re cured and burnt again forever , till the last day.
if u believe in GOD and being a good man inside and outside, u will go to heaven, being beside GOD, only being an angel.
Thats it.
by the way , there is things u cant ask about , or have the answer , cos u dont know all and u wont ever.
if u dont like any or dont believe any i recommend that u dont ever think about it and just live ur life and be a good person cos this subject needs experts to talk to u , not people like me , u and the other members lol.
Didnt mean to offend any ok
good luck.

The almighty righteous God of heaven is a totally righteous God and as such must judge sin, or the things we do that violate his rules or laws. So when we sin or fall short of what he has told us to do, he being the righteous judge must judge us according to our sins. Even though he created us, God has allowed us to have a free will to choose to follow and obey him, or to turn our back on him. Because he loves us so much, be thought of a plan so that we could escape the terrible punishment. He sent his Son Jesus to pay the penalty for our sin. Jesus paid the punishment for us. How do we know that God accepted the sacrifice Jesus paid for us in dying on the cross? God accepted the sacrifice Jesus paid for us. It was a plan that God devised ever since God called to Adam and Eve in the garden and asked Adam "Where are you Adam" The proof that God accepted the price that Jesus paid for us is that Jesus arose from the dead and was seen by over 5000 men not including women and children. God accepted the penalty Jesus paid for our sins.
Pretty kool right!
People that refuse the gift of salvation and do not know Jesus will be alone in a great gulf isolated from the Son for eternity. Those people that accept the gift of Gods salvation and walk in submission to God's Spirit will forever be with Jesus. and the bibles says that He will wipe away every tear from our eyes
in His service

You just die. There is no meaning in life except for the fun you have while living it. If you're lucky, your corpse will just rot. But the bad news is that you might turn into a zombie and rise from the dead to seek out human brains for consumption. Then you're in a heap of bad luck.

I think you better take a music class and learn how to play the harp if you plan on sprouting wings and flying around up in heaven. You're gonna be playing the harp for a very long time so I suggest you start learning now.
Are you taking requests?

In the Bible, Jesus promises His followers that they have a place in Heaven, guaranteed. The Christian faith teaches that there is life after death. Those who have given their lives to Jesus, who have acknowledged that they are not perfect and asked for God's forgiveness have this place reserved for them. Those who reject Him have an entirely different future to look forward to. This is not because God doesn't love us, but because, as imperfect beings, we cannot be with His perfection. It would destroy us. Therefore, He sent His Son to die for us, so that we would be counted as perfect by the shedding of Jesus' blood. He sent His Son cos He loves us so much. Read John's Gospel in the Bible. Hope this helps, and God bless you.
