What towns/district, etc. make up Detroit proper. Not the suburbs like livonia and dearborn. the actual city?

Thanks. And if you can list every single part of Detroit proper and if at all possible a description (Very Nice, Good, Average, Terrible, Atrocious) that would be great. Once again I don't care about livonia, and troy, and dearborn and all these places---only real actual Detroit proper. Thanks.

There is only one town in Detroit and that's Detroit. Now there are probably several districts, but instead of asking use here why don't you show a little initiative and go to mapquest or google "detroit district" or "detroit crime report"
