I've got a dreaded course on Tuesday, but it comes as part of a promotion I received. Last time a lot of people signed in after lunch and then left. Nobody checked, and the class was half empty. I love my job and don't want to do anything stupid or I'd cut out halfway too.

I must admit I'm not keen either, but if you try to go with a positive frame of mind you will find it a lot better.
You will also come out with some new skills. That can't be bad

Do it anyway chick!!! Not many people like them but its time away from the office, you'll meet new people and, at the end of the day, its something else to put on your CV.

I love `em, because it gets you out of working! Such a time waste and a hell of a lot easier than work.

I hate them total waste of time especially some of the ice breakers.......were do they get these people
