No. Every casino/hotel will let you in. If you try to use the elevator the security guards will stop you and ask for a room key, but you are allowed to roam free throughout any casino.
I do suggest you go inside the Bellagio and see the Atrium, and then the water show. Afterwards you could go to Caesers Palace, and in the very back of the Forum Shops, there is a little show. And the New York New York Casinos Roller Coaster. Then you could go to Mr. Luckys 777 in the Hard Rock. Have fun!!!

All the above answers are superb.
Every casino's ultimate goal is to have everyone with money in their pocket walk into their establishments. They figure a certain percentage of the visitors passing through are going put money somewhere; table games, slots, shops, restuarants etc....
Picture it this way... see Las Vegas Blvd S (The Strip) as a giant stream and the Casinos are fishermen trying to fish people out with lures called the Bellagio fountains, Venetian Canals, Treasure Island ship mutany, and many more.
No restrictions, as long as you're curteous and respectful to their other patrons; you will be welcomed everywhere.

No, the hotels are actually all open to anyone to go in. If you are staying at the hotel, then you obviously get to see more (i.e. rooms, hallways) but otherwise, you can go freely in and out of the hotels.
The hotels are filled with decor, exhibits, shows, shops, and restaurants and they all encourage walk-in traffic.
Do take a stop at the Luxor, Caesar's Palace and definitely must watch the Bellagio's fountain displays at nght time. Let me know if you need more info.
Hope you have fun.

No, anyone can walk into a hotel's lobby, hallways, casinos and shops and restaurants. At night however, security guards will likely ask to see your hotel key to get admitted to the elevators. But other than that, hotels expect people to walk around and visit the casinos and see the attractions that each hotel has.

You are completely free to wander thru any of the hotels' common areas. You won't be able to access the guestrooms or the elevators to them, or the pools, and some of the spas are only open to registered guests. Other than that, go whereever the wind blows you!

There are no restrictions for just walking in and looking around, shopping, eating or gambling. There are restrictions for visiting rooms or using pool areas and sometimes spas. Visit every one to your heart's content! Enjoy.

Just walk in the front door. No restrictions except for those under 21 trying to linger in the gaming areas.
