Ewww! no. Try a jewel tone or turquoise. Lime would look washed-out next to khaki.

of course it does! khaki's are neutral -- you can wear them with ANYTHING and it looks great. just how you can wear black/navy pants and jeans with anything -- khaki's are the same.
