1. The driver of her car was under the influence of alcohol and prescription drugs.
2. He was speeding
3. There is a hump in the road just before the impact site. That causes cars to lift their fronts and they loose a little of their steering grip
4. The tunnel where the crash happened has a line of posts up the middle. There is no guard rail. If there had been a guard rail no-one in the car would have been seriously injured. There are two or three tunnels like that in Paris. Between 1 January 1997 and August 1997, seven people had died in accidents in these Paris tunnels in similar accidents.
5. Three people in the car were killed. The one who survived was sitting in the second most dangerous seat. He was wearing a seat belt. The other three were not. If Diana and Dodi had been wearing seat belts they probably would have walked away from the wreck. Even the driver might have survived if he had been wearing a seat belt.
6. The crash was an average road fatality and the only unusual features were that three people were killed and one of them was the former wife of the heir to the throne of the United Kingdom.
7. You will not see these facts in a cheap and nasty gossip magazine or a cheap and nasty television program because they don't make a good nasty story.
The only mystery about this is the role, if any, of the FIAT Uno.
Most of the FACTS I have listed are completely out of the control of any conspirators. You can ignore them if you wish.

I think that you are fantastic and that every word you have said is true. I believe that princess Diana was murdered too because what would the Queen have said if William and Harry had had a Muslim cross half brother or sister and a Muslim step father, that is something that I honestly think that the queen and charlie boy wouldn't have wanted. Plus Diana was more special to the public than he could ever be and better than the Rottweiler he takes on his arm now.

Hello again Fiona,
For a couple of years after the death of Diana I also thought there was a conspiracy and she may well have been murdered.
But I came to the same conclusion as that of another answerer here. Staging a car accident is no guarantee that she would die.
I now believe it was a tragic accident. Although I am still not convinced that her driver was under the influence of drink or drugs.
The paparazzi are to blame for her death, with their constant hounding of her.
The interesting thing is that now after 10 years there is other evidence coming out that either has been kept closely to someone's chest or the public have never been made aware of.

I feel she was definitely murdered but by whom I don't know. What happened to the white Uno car?....why haven't they found the car or the driver.? Was he murdered to get him out of the way and to stop him from him opening his mouth.? Wasn't Diana's bodyguard also told to keep his mouth shut ...or else? and hasn't he done so for all these years? What was the motive? How about the affairs that Diana had and the embarrassment caused not only to the royal family but also to the whole of England? The gossip about her affairs with various men...the guy in the army who might or might not be Harry's real father....the Pakistani doctor whom she had an affair with and we are told she was besotted with him? It would not be the first time in British history that the royals have murdered one of their own but I am NOT saying that the present royals did! If they did they would be hated by her two children and there are no signs of that. They, the Royals, would not have wanted Diana to marry Dodi and the WHOLE world knows that. We aren't fools you know! There has been a lot of cover up and NOW things are coming into the open. I do NOT believe the driver was drunk...photos have shown him to be doing up his laces...if he was drunk he would have toppled over...they found a few bottles of drink in his apartment on the first search but then a lot more after the second search which suggests that the driver was being made the scapegoat. Believe me there is more than meets the eye here. We may never know the truth....History will come out with it perhaps when we are no longer here.

DIana may well have been murdered but I doubt the Royal family had anything to do with it.
If they had wanted her dead, she would have more easily been eliminated by having her taken out by unexploded ordinance in another country. This would have been more sure and would have provided more sympathy to Charles. As it is, she was killed with her new boyfriend, which did not look good for the monarchy. A car accident could also have left her alive, but injured, which would not have benefited anyone. So it would not have been a very sound plan.
If you want to consider her murdered. Consider the idiots from the press chasing her through the tunnel with flashing cameras while they drove. They murdered her. But in all likelyhood, it was an accident, and after all this time, what does it matter?

Huh? Diana had no claim to the throne regardless. She is was not in anyway part of the line of succesion.
Its hard to imagine what could have been gained by the royal family by her death. So she might marry a muslim, whoop-d-do. Not worth killing her over. She had already spilled the beans on the lying cheating hubbie Charles. You can't honestly tell me that you figured she would be targetted before she died? Paparazi chasing adrunk driver through the streets of Paris, just an accident but since nothing anyone will say can change your mind ... good luck with that, hope some story comes out that proves it murder so you can gloat but I'm not holding my breath.

Well as long as you are keeping an open mind, I had better do the same.
It was a tragic accident. Bad things can happen to celebrities. Stop seeing conspiracies around every corner. She's been dead 10 years, what did she really change ?
And being involved with a landmine charity made her powerful ? In what way ? It got her on the news ? It got her in the papers ? How is that powerful ?

Diana, may she rest in peace would never have been Queen, the marriage to Charles was a total mistake, everyone wanted a fairytale wedding and that's what they got, but sadly the reality was quite different. Her husband was a cheat and a liar, and their divorce was inevitable. And i don't think that her death was suspicious, i honestly cannot see Charles or Prince Phillip ordering her murder, she was the mother of Charles sons, what would he have gained from her death.
A terrible accident, precipitated by the foul paparazzi chasing her to her very sad end.

I think that everybody should just leave it, i think it's sick that the press are covering it constantly and i really feel sorry for Princes William and Harry. Just let her rest in peace, and let them deal with it in whatever way they wish. How would you like it if people were constantly making stories up about your mother dying????!!!
