There won1t be any more of those for me. My only romantic partner has passed. It was great while it lasted, and I don`t begrudge others their turn at happiness.

August 19th. We pawned the kids off on Grandma for the night, and my wife and I got to celebrate our 18th wedding anniversary in style. We went to a revolving restaurant at the top of a very tall hotel in our town, right around sunset. A beautiful view, great food, classy music, and the company of the lady I love. It was a great night.

About a year in a half ago...it was beautiful. I had to dress up but not allowed to know why, so I looked all nice and whatever and was lead all the way to my bfs house with his hands over my eyes. When we got inside, it was beautiful. He had decorated it, had soft music playing in the background, and he had dinner waiting with the centerpeice being little red candles made into a heart.

Weel it wasn't romantic, but it was sort of a date (a dinner date you could say) I wanted it to be romatic trust me, but it was a start to hopefully more in the future.
