There's one by Carol Shields and someone else. It really was written by both of them, unlike most books where one comes up with the story (or the ideas, if it's non-fiction) and the other comes up with the wording. I don't remember the other author, much less the publisher or year but the title I believe was A Celibate Season.
(It's an epistolary novel, a husband and wife writing letters to each other while they're working in different cities, and one of the authors wrote the husband's part and the other wrote the wife's.)
