I have plans for my children and the local office in Legaspi City has closed. Is there anyway to collect from these people?

Yes, they are still officially in business. But beware, stories abound that they have serious serious troubles.

The Cap Program has gone out of business. The options available are a payout of 50% of the amount contributed or take them to court for the whole amount. They stopped doing business in 2002 and have been under "restructuring" since. The only office open for CAP is in Manila.

i am a victim of comprehensive annuity plans and pension(cap pensio, a sister company of cap eduction). their used to be a group parents enabling parents(pep coalition), but when they were given money by mark jimenez, they disappeared. so please do get in touch so that we could unite and fight for what is due us.

Nobody trust those educational plans now. If i were you, i rather put those money on time deposits. At least, it will gain interest while it's in the bank.

one therir office in makati is open.. and they payout on a structured basis... its best u go the makati if ur interested in claiming the educ plans of ur children..
