alright...well right now I'm a senior at a private Catholic school in Canada and I was hoping on applying to some schools in the US (I want to go into aerospace engineering)...I was thinking of applying to MIT, CalTech, Stanford, Georgia Tech, and Purdue...but being an international I know my chances are a lot slimmer......
ACT score: 34 (Math 33, English 34)
SAT 2...haven't taken yet
3.99 GPA.
EAs: Student council president, astronomy club president, school newspaper co-editor, environmental club, dancer (ballet - distinctions on all exams) for like 15 years...Philippines mission team, tutor 4 students in math and science, did 50hrs vegetative surveying and data analysis over summer...work 20 hrs/week...also volunteer at my church.
AP classes: AP Bio and AP computer science (only ones my school offers) and Calculus (it's at the AP level but my school doesn't count it as an AP course i might challenge the exam)haven't taken any of the AP tests yet.

oh yeah..and my class rank is 1st of 165 and i have no clue what my weighted GPA is...maybe like 4.2 or something cause i also took 6 honours classes

I agree with Joey M - there's something suspicious about your question.
However, if your credentials are real, you should have no trouble being competitive for entry into any of the schools you mention. Whether you actually get invited depends on criteria not under your control - quotas, etc.
I'd also look at some of the excellent "boutique" USA Schools of Engineering - Rose-Hulman, Olin, Harvey Mudd, etc. Don't sneer at the best Canadian schools - U of Toronto and U of Waterloo.
Do a standard undergraduate Engineering degree - Electrical or Mechanical, probably. Go for "Aerospace Engineering" in graduate school. While in the USA, in your final year or shortly afterwords, take the EIT/FE exam.

SUNY Buffalo, which is one of the most prestigious of the SUNY campuses, is almost certainly a no, given your GPA. Hunter is probably a no as well. I am unfamiliar with Youngstown State, but usually, it is hard to get into any 4-year school if your GPA is significantly below a 3.0. I'm assuming you are hearing-impaired, since you included Gallaudet on your list (for those who are unfamiliar with Gallaudet, it is a university for deaf students). If there is evidence that your GPA was low because of your school's inability to accommodate your deafness, then they may consider you if your SAT scores are strong.

You are qualified to get into all of those schools -- even the most selective.
Being qualified and getting in are two different things. The majority of people who apply to Cal Tech, Stanford and MIT are qualified -- but less than 10% get in. You need to set yourself apart. You have to make sure you have a great admissions essay.

What, are you bragging? You're obviously smart enough to answer your own question if your credentials are true.
Yes, you have a damn good chance.
Do you really want that and can you and your family afford the tuition is a better question that you should be looking for the answers to.
