I'm a poet myself. May I critique?
The first paragraph is great!
Do you mean dry the tears from MY eyes though?
If so, I love it!
I feel this way often.
And do people care enough of others? I wish they did more.
I often feel alone and want to just leave this earth.
God is all that keeps me here.
