Yes you can get her pregnant. Being born premature only affects EARLY development. At that time it's roughtly taking your age and subtracting the number of weeks your were early.
By the time your of child age, you may be small in height in your classroom, but by the time you're a tween or teen, everything in development usually has caught up.

You were born premature,whats that got to do with the here and now.You use your willie just the same as the next Tom,Dick and Harry,so the answer is yes you can get your g/f pregnant unless your firing blanks but thats another story.

Yes you can get someone pregnant. If your old enough to be having sex than what happened to you when you were born doesn't effect your sperm count. I would just be safe and not worry about getting someone pregnant unless you are in a serious relationship or married (even better) and want and are ready to have a baby.

dont worry my brother was 2 months pre mature and he is blessed with two little girls after only being married for 2 years. Its non sense to think you may not conceive just because you were born premature

Their is no evidence that I am aware for what states that premature male babies can not get women pregnant. Unless you have diagnosed with some sort problem that you have not mentioned i see no reason why you could not get her pregnant. So either congratulations if that was your goal, or please use condoms if you are not looking to get her pregnant. Be Safe.

I WAS BORN PREMATURE and I have a 2 month old son! (and I'm the mom! if my uterus formed .. I'm sure your sperm did!)
**I was born at 7 months and weighed 4lbs 12oz and dropped down to 3lbs 5oz! and I had a healthy 8lbs 6oz baby boy! ..

Being born doesnt affect your fertility - so you should be able to get your girl pregnant - unless you're sterile for any other reason
