History wise I think Tupac is the best ever. Although arguments can be made that Jay-z, Biggie, Eminem, Rakim, Nas, Andre from Outcast, Common, or KRS-One are the best ever. Its a matter of opinion really. Out of all the legends I think Common was deffinitely the most slept on until these last couple of years. Snoop and Dre are legends but Dre is mostly a producer rather than an artist.

Neither are the suited.. and that they have got the two fell off yet imo usual Ice cube > Snoop Dogg yet they the two have been given categories of rap, Gangsta rap vs extra social gathering-to rap, So it relies upon on decision

No, Not really. There great and all, but Jay-z and Nas are better than them. Not to mention a lot of others, and I love Snoop and Dre, so i aint hatin.
