Sick turtle, Can anyone give me the phone number of a veterinarian in miami florida that can treat my turtle?

My turtle has a cold for about a week now, and for the past 3 days ive noticed he's opening his mouth wide very often an making a wierd sound. This is not normal because his never done it before. Is like if theres something in his mouth bothering him, or like gasping for air im not sure. Please someone help meee???????

Call your vet or any vet and ask which one is a specialist in treating turtles. Some will try to treat them but don't have the expertise. Most vets will give you this information.
