No, not that we know, the earths rotation changes unbelievably small amounts every once and a while, such as after a massive earthquake or asteroid impact
You might be thinking about if the magnetic field is going to flip, and it is weakening but no one knows how long it will take to flip

It slows approximately one second every 2-3 years. I'm sure you haven't noticed, though.
