does anybody know anything about a manufactured home community in the austin/pflugerville area called dessau fountain estates? we are going to be relocating to the area soon and we are looking at all of our options. the pictures of the community look decent, but you never know. do any of you have any feedback? what kind of people live there, crime, etc. thanks!

I live off of Dessau Road and in one of the manufactured home communities called Branch Creek Estates...
There is also River Ranch down the road...
You have to qualify to buy or lease the home...
However the land is owned by the owner and not you...
You will be paying rent on the land forever...
They are nice communities, however Branch Creek offers garages for your cars and River Ranch does not...
You can find lots of info on the link I provided...
Look for a state and city and browse the info provided...
We have trash pick up, swimming pools, basketball courts, play areas for kids, tennis courts and storage areas...
I have not heard of your area before, but it could be new...
If you live nearby, I would check them out first before committing to one...
They are all different in home styles and park amenities...
