go to your book and notes and check against your answers. i used to remember my answers from the test so I could check on it after the test, then I'd relax knowing i'd either passed or failed.

Just relax, no need for you to worry since the exam was done already. What you can do is to pray hard that you will pass the math exam. Also, you may review those items that you can still remember that were included in the exams and see if you have answered them right. If in the event it seems that you have failed the said exam, just study harder next time. Learn from your mistake, past is past.

I guess for some people it is so natural to worry about a math test but look at it write I'm worried about the results of my math test say it out loud does'nt sound silly to worry about it

sweetheart am the most unnervous person think wht cn u do about it then say nothing so go out have fun watch tv.coz if it is a zero it is and if it 100 it is and if u dnt study then u knw wht ull get lots of waters too and video games and comedy shows i always watch seinfield

don't drink coffee or any substance which might agitate you like candies, sweets, etc. Go to a spa and treat yourself to a relaxing massage, or better yet, ask your doctor if he could prescribe you with any medication.
