you need to change the batteries. you also need to set up one day a month, prefferably one that you can remember to test all of your smoke alarms. Also, when you spring forward or fall back you need to replace your smoke detector batteries.

They want new batteries. Smoke alarms use a 9-volt alkaline battery, which should be replaced when the alarm starts chirping intermittently. Smoke alarms wired to house power don't do this.

Probably need batteries. If the smoke alarms were all installed at the same time, it follows that the batteries would all be at the same stage of wearing out.

Maybe the batteries need changing.

If you use ammonia to clean or anything containing ammonia, the fumes will set off smoke alarms.

It sounds like they may have a low battery some of them beep when they need a new battery.
