Fred F, who has been on Yahoo Answers for less than a day, you have been reported for SPAM. You're video is a scam commercial that has nothing to do with my question or this site. May you get stomach cancer and die a slow, painful death, you are lower than pond scum.

Fred had posted a link to a totally commercial site, which is why I was so hard on Fred. Fred's answer has been removed by Yahoo, which is why you can't see it. The reason I was so hard on Fred is because Fred deserved it, and much more.

In a liberal's home they would say "undocumented resident".
In a normal person's home he would be a home invader and the cops would be called.

Yes, absolutely. No other country in the world has the problem of illegal immigration like the US. Our government needs to do its job and secure the borders immediately. It would solve the illegal problem immediately. And don't EVER give me that stupid stupid stupid argument that illegals do the jobs that Americans won't. Up until the last day I was employed as a clerk in a very large supermarket, I did everything and I mean everything including stocking, cashiering which was my main job, and clean toilets when the clean up personnel were off duty. I worked as a gardener, I flipped burgers while going to UCLA, did everything I was ordered to do and more during my 10 years as an enlisted in the military, worked as a computer operator in the 60's. This year I have done minor work fixing sewer lines, carpentry and painting. Americans will do what ever the job calls for.

If you are addressing this question to the Census Bureau they will tell you he is an "Undocumented Resident."
If you're asking me, I say they're called Illegal Aliens who should take up residency in either their own country they immigrated from, or get with the program, learn English, become a legal citizen and wave the American Flag proudly.

They are called undocumented workers, because they are working in this country. They are not invading this country. I am against illegal immigration and I think "illegal immigrant" is an appropriate term.

How can you have constitutional rights when you came here illegally? How's that? Then laugh at the whites and other legal U.S. Citizens because you are taking their jobs & social service help & you don't even have to pay taxes.

If you ALLOW someone to STAY OVERNIGHT only 1 NIGHT, you must get a court oder to kick them out. And forcibly removed.
did you know that????
the answer to yours IS:::::
Some people think USA needs low cost workers who fill the need when CITIZENS will NOT work in locations for low wages. If High School students are not enough to fill evening jobs and others are not found for low paying jobs, THEN EMPLOYERS raise salaries or look elsewhere for low paid workers.
It has been documented that employers will RAISE salaries when necessary.
OOOHHHHH, they are called undocumented immigrants because they do not have the papers to work freely in the USA. The wait can be several years to 5 or 8 or 10 years to get the entrance papers to work in the USA.
THE CONGRESS of the USA rejected a worker program that the President advocated in August to register workers and allow them to PAY proper taxes and Social Security and travel freely back to their country to support their family. With their money.
Did you see just a couple days ago that an illegal worked here and got on a plane back to his home country with a travel bag with his $53,000 in Florida airport, he was detained and now USA authorities will not give him his money back. He has all pay stubs, which should even have Social Security deductions and Income taxes withheld on the stubs. Just a dishwasher with a couple advancements.
He should have been told to get a bank account with a Master Card or Visa Card to transfer his account balances.
Diercet Deposit is free at Chase! others.
You should be paying $10- $15 + for your hamburgers!!!!
$4 for a large drink!

Two reasons: your original premise is wrong, and two, you didn't correctly apply the analogy.
1) Actually, a stranger in your house is just a trespasser. A home invader is specifically someone who comes in armed with the intent to harm or threaten harm. But if someone just walks into your house (through your unlocked door), and they don't break anything, don't hurt or threaten to hurt anyone, they are just trespassers.
2) Even if you could call them home invaders, the situation of the "country" is different. Homes are governed by the laws of personal possession. There is no person or entity which "possesses" the U.S., not even the government. Conversely, you can't exclude someone from your home strictly on racial grounds (i.e., you let whites trespass but not blacks), while the government can make such restrictions (for example, there are numerical restrictions on how many people from China can immigrate compared to people from, say, Ireland). Additionally, you'd have to add a bunch of things to your original scenario to make them really parallel: illegal immigration is more similar to you having a house, and then your adult brother (who lives with you) invites someone else in, pays them (although not a fair wage), and while they are there not only do they build a sun porch for you (at half the going rate), but they also lower the local crime rate and increase your own personal wage.
Be careful when using analogies to make arguments--they are one of the easiest things to attack. If you want to argue that something should be done to stop illegal immigration, then stay with the issue, rather than analogizing, or people will lose track of what you really want to say.

That's it. We haven't built up enough hatred of some people yet so we have to invent a new name for them and then contrive some asinine flawed analogy to go with it. That will contribute to complex issues won't it.
