Is this a pattern of his or does he do it just when he's angry? When you say he "ignores" you, do you mean totally ignores you ... as in if you ask him a question, he won't acknowledge you? Have you discussed this with him?

I think you have to decide whether you want to put up with this for the rest of your life. At any rate, marriage counseling (with or without him) would really help you sort out your feelings and develop a plan either for staying or leaving.

The best way to make your husband open up is during intimance. surely he will answer you and take advantages of that opportunity to express your feeling and better your communication. I have found out most married couple have problems communicating and they don't take time to understand their spouse before they conclude what they say thus have different meaning thab how it was mean.

Sounds like he is having problems at work. The stress of it is wearing him out mentally. To the point he just wants to settle in somwhere, between brain dead and comatose, when he gets home from work.

Is he going out alone or is he at home and in another room? If he's going out, you may want to ask what's up. Otherwise he just probably needs a little time alone to decompress.

some people like their own space but you should just ask him why do he treat you in this manner, when you obviously like to be noticed - asking can only get you the answers you are looking for - good luck
