My husband looks down on me and my children now that he makes alot of money, everything is his, and he always tells me what he had paid for, his money this, his money that. A real control freak, and he calls the 800 numbers for singles all the time, he lies about everything. He makes everyone in my family thinks that he is such a good husband. He moved me and my children to another state and told me that we all needed a fresh start and he never move at all, I thought that this will help our marriage out -not, he had proimiosed that he will move in 3 months because he had a contracting job that he had to finish but he never moved in, didn't pay the morage, my children and i had to move into a townhouse with money that I got for pawning my wedding ring. This all was 10 months ago. Now he is asking me to move back home (Ohio) but now I'm in love with someone else and I want a divoied, Because I don't love my husband anymore, because of the lies, and wrong doing.

Divorce him. He's a jerk. There is no "my money" in a marriage. You will get plenty. Tell your story to a good lawyer.

You should be able to get a divorce with no problem in the state you are in now - since he moved you there - and he will lose enough money to pay child support as well. He may want you to move back because of whatever he was doing while you were gone did not work out. Good Luck to you!

I would seek out some temporary child support and some therapy. Why jump from the fire to the frying pan? Get yourself together before making any changes that will impact your kids in a negative way.

Its time to move on with your life. Perhaps get a good lawyer near your house not out of state where you are. Document everything you all own plus what is in his wallet. Explain all these to your lawyers and perhaps you will get half of all the properties you all own plus perhaps punitive damages he has caused you, plus child support and perhaps plus spouse support. Good luck

it's clear that you moved on and by the way he treated his family he did too. it sounds like whatever or whomever got him to act this way is no longer in his life and he realized the grass is not greener on the other side. i say mr. money bags will have to pay you for his wrong doings (go to court) and you move on and be happy. good luck
