It is easy to make-up your own, or to modify a ski-hat pattern.

Chain 6 Attach into a circle.
single crochet 12 going around the circle.
Your next row, single crochet 1 in the first hole, 2 in the second, 1 in the 3rd hole, 2 in the 4th hole......continue in this manner for the next few rows. (you want it to be a flat circle).

Once you have obtained the width desired for your purse, crochet 1 stitch per hole until you reach 1/3 to 1/2 way up toward the top of the purse height.

Begin decreasing stitches, skipping every 3rd hole as you go around. Continue decreasing toward the top (make sure it does not get too narrow to fit your hand inside)

As you finish your top row, stop and chain, using 3 (or more) strands to make your shoulder strap. Fold the purse in half to determine where to attach the other end. Once attached, do a single crochet stitch around the top rim of the purse (this secures the strap) tie off and tie 2 or 3 extra knots.

Turn purse inside out. Lay over doubled fabric. Cut fabric for liner. Stitch it into a u-shaped pocket with print facing in.
Slip the pocket liner inside crocheted purse. Fold fabric edge under. Hand sew liner about an inch below top rim of purse.

Look for yarn or strings that are strong or course or varied in width for strength. Adding a strand of "Fun Fur" can make it even nicer. I like to crochet 2 or 3 strands together for a varied look.

(If you use a pattern for a ski-hat, just turn it upside-down and add a long strap)

you may in all threat use a variegated yarn for the middle area and a magnificent coloration for the handles. i presumed that's what they did in this handbag until eventually I regarded on the instructions. it would supply a similar look yet a touch easier. only %. a magnificent coloration that suits between the colors interior the multi-colored yarn.
