It depends
If this is a Road Traffic Sign
Or indoors on a door in an office building or a department store or somewhere
If it was trhe latter I MIGHT try & enter. but not if it was on a road sign and I was driving in my car.

Of course! Especially if it is on a bathroom door at the grocery store! They can just throw me out if they won't let me use the bathroom!

My cousin had that sign on his bedroom door threatening that a shoe would drop on my head if I did- I opened the door and the shoe missed my head...sucka!
