It depends
If this is a Road Traffic Sign
Or indoors on a door in an office building or a department store or somewhere
If it was trhe latter I MIGHT try & enter. but not if it was on a road sign and I was driving in my car.

My cousin had that sign on his bedroom door threatening that a shoe would drop on my head if I did- I opened the door and the shoe missed my head...sucka!

(my husband answered this and I can say its true...the first night we met he sat at a stop light on the wrong side of a median for 10 min. waiting for it to change)
