Get them to help you a few times, then they can do it on their own. Just set stuff out for them.
If you really hate it, give them lunch money.

How old are they? I would say any child from age 8 up is quite capable of making their own lunches. My friend has 5 kids ages 6-14 and they all make their own lunches the night before. The older children help the 6 year old.

Haha I think my mom hates it too. Whenever she packed lunch for me, I didn't really like it, and ended up buying something from the vending machine. And umm, That shows the extent of effort put into making lunch...LOL. Now that I'm older, I pack lunch for myself, and I don't think it's too bad actually.

If you make them the night before it makes for a less stressful morning. I like to pack my granddaughter's lunch, she likes them better than school lunches.

Train you children to make their own lunches. Examine the contents of the lunch box before they leave.

That is not even a question. In addition, you should pack their lunches and ask them to have them help you with your spelling. I am sorry to say that the word is spelled "despise."

my mum tries to make me lunch as much as she can but its mostly lunch money. but when she does make me lunch she puts some sort of effort.
most of my friends just make their own but hey whose complaining if your mum does it for ya? thanks mum!
