You need to download the flv (flash video) and then converts it into mpg or wmv extension that are compatible with powerpoint.
First, to download there are many ways and software that enables you to download from youtube. But I recommend using firefox with the DownloadHelper Firefox extension. To get the extension go to Firefox website and install the latest version.
