I have someone coming to the States for about a week who would like to have a cellphone to mainly receive calls. Might also be nice to be able to make international calls to countries in the Caribbean/ Latin America and Western Europe. Any suggestions on service providers that do short term phone rentals or advice on possibly purchasing one of those GSM phones Thanx!

u can get a cheap tracfone and buy minutes that will work and i think u can internationally call on some cards that u can buy but not all the tracfone is 10 bucks and the minutes arent too unreasonable
