As a whole, I trust the opinion of the American people. I would be OK with people choosing Obama if I knew that all of the voters knew what they were voting for. Democrats (more than republicans) tend to vote in ignorance, probably because many are poor or uneducated. I would hate to elect a person because of influential but false advertising. There is an aura built up around republicans that makes them look racist, greedy and hateful of the poor. This just is not true. Yet perception seems to trump truth.

Poor because I am a single mom and fulltime college student that works 60 hour weeks to make ends meet and even with government assistance, it is hard. I had it made until my son's dad left me. I figure I can hang in there until graduation. I have a 3.8 gpa so that has to count in the job market. I will have it made again.
