Yeah, but I play that "I don't care" card quite well, so well that others believe me and leave me alone, although deep down inside I am crying for them to stay.

I never pretend that I don't care, I couldn't if I tried... I always care, one of the draw backs from time to time, but for the most part I am happy I am the way I am...
I have said it before, and I say it now, I really cant stomach anything fake when it comes to emotional things having anything to do with the heart...
Intense as it may seem, I would never want my life any other way... It feels good to just be me, flaws and all...
And sometimes pretending to "not care", can end up with the sad outcome being losing the one you love... People should endeavor to be honest and true, but season words as with salt... Meaning never say things out of anger, but speak when calmed and rational... Something not even I have been able to master as of yet, working on it though...

Yes, yes, yes.... it was a never gonna happen situation but I so wanted it to be different. And it was wrong of me to want this, he is a married man, but at the time he was very estranged from his wife and said , well, it really doesn't matter what he said. I got caught up in a situation I had vowed I would never enter so it was my own fault. And I actually helped him make his relationship work again with his wife, and they have a 2 year old baby to prove it!

Yes, even more now than ever because I spend so much time protecting my heart from more hurt, that I keep these things to myself!! I've always wanted them to care as much as I did!!
